Exceptional Terroirs
In the Heart of the Côte de Nuits
Type of soil, geology, altitude, exposition… it is a mosaic of factors that confer to the vines and the grapes their unique characteristics; and to the wines of Vosne-Romanée their singular personality.
On this thousand-year-old terroir of 23 hectares, two emblematic indigenous grape varieties of Burgundy flourish: The Pinot Noir signs the red wines while the Chardonnay forms the white wines, giving birth to the grands crus of Burgundy. On these grounds, the climate reigns supreme. Like a barometer, it is the guardian angel of the harvest, both in terms of quality and quantity.
